Water Staff: Ages 18+. $9-$11/hr depending on experience. In Spring 10-15 hours/week (just open weekends). In Summer beginning Memorial Weekend 20-30 hours/week and hours extend to weekdays. Summer hours end in August, then hours skim back to just weekends again thru end of September when season ends. Responsibilities include but not limited to: working water locations; moving equipment in and out of trailers so must be able to lift 50+ lbs. Capable of helping people on/off the water. Capable of giving quick tutorial for those who have never done it before. Answer phones. Check people in and out. Perform money transactions. Prior experience paddleboarding and/or kayaking is a plus but not required. We will teach you if you have never done it before so you can help customers who are new to it. Must enjoy interaction with the public and strive for great customer service. We do have kid camps so staff commonly help with these.

Manager: Ages 18+. $12-$15/hr depending on experience. In Spring 10-15 hours/week (just open weekends). In Summer 20-40 hours/week and hours extend to weekdays. Summer hours end in August, then hours skim back to just weekends again thru end of September when season ends. Responsibilities include same as mentioned above for Water Staff PLUS: Scheduling employees. Overseeing staff. Making sure all tasks and responsibilities are being taken care of efficiently. Handle day to day situations that may arise. Prior experience paddleboarding and/or kayaking strongly encouraged for this position. We do have kid camps so the manager commonly aids in these.
